General Presentation and Goals of Jacques Prévert High School.
Location :

Jacques Prévert High School is located in Taverny, North of Paris, and it belongs to Versailles Academy. It is close to the capital’s cultural monuments as well as to the main Airports.

Staff and Students :
There are 96 teachers and 970 students preparing for different Baccalaureates and BTS degrees.

Our school is divided into 3 sections :
• General Sections and Baccalaureates :
– Economics and Social Sciences,
– History and Geography,
– Languages : English, German, Russian, Spanish.
– Literature,
– Philosophy,
– Sciences : Mathematics, Physics, Science of Life,
– Physical Training.

• Technological Sections and Baccalaureates :
– Human Resources,
- Management and Finance,
- Marketing.

• Higher Education : (university level)
– Accounting and Organization Management,
– Assistant Manager.

On the request of the Versailles Academy’s Rector and our Headmaster, students and teachers are willing to organise partnerships with schools in Europe so as to to encourage the practice of foreign languages (English, German, Spanish, Russian) and also share cultural and educational knowledge with our European counterparts.
We have already accomplished 2 Erasmus Projects before the Covid pandemic and are eager to share our experience and savoir faire with our partner schools.
